Cooking and Baking Tips
1. Always use organic ingredients when possible!
2. Read food labels, know what is in your food.
3. Beware the soy and soy lethicin. Too much soy is BAD! If your bread has more than 4 ingredients don’t buy it!
4. Organic and preservative free foods do not last as long, so only buy what you need for a couple of days/week.

Butter: Coconut Oil
Milk: Almond, Coconut, and Rice Milk

Yogurt and Ice Cream: Almond or Coconut Milk
*Suggested Brands: Almond Dream and So Delicious
Cheese: Go Veggie Mozzarella Cheese and Goat/Sheep Cheese
**Goat and Sheep Cheese have very little lactose
Vegetable Oil (Soybean Oil): Canola Oil or Safflower Oil
Soy Sauce: Coconut Aminos

Pasta: Brown Rice Pasta
